Born on July 2, 1975, in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Completed Secondary School No. 6 in Ulaanbaatar from 1983 to 1993.

From 1995, enrolled in the Mongolian Film Institute and studied under the direction of renowned director B. Sumkhuu. Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in acting, directing and filmmaking in 1998.

Attended a short-term course at the Asian Film Academy in Busan, South Korea, in 2008.

In 2021, obtained a master’s degree in law from Citi University of Mongolia.

From September of 2023 until today studying in Ruskin School of Acting in Los-Angeles California.

From 1998 to 2000, worked as an animator, director, and editor at “On and Off” Production.

From 2000 to 2001, worked as a contract director at “G” Entertainment and “Free Line” Production.

Established the "BS Picture" studio in 2001, which merged with the Gal Picture studio in 2005.

Established the “Storyboard” studio in 2008.

From 2001 to 2011, taught filmmaking at the Cinema Institute "Khartsaga"

From 2017 to 2022, taught filmmaking at the Mongolian Film Institute

Conducted workshops on "How to Write Screenplays" six times between 2007 and 2008.

Conducted eight workshops on "Computer Graphics, Editing" from 2005 to 2006.

Conducted online workshops on "How to Write Screenplays" 12 times between 2019 and 2023

Established and worked at the Mongolian Film Council from 2012 to 2014 as the managing director.

Since 2012, serves as a member of the executive board of the Mongolian Film Council.

Elected as a member of the Mongolian Film Directors Guild in 2013.

 

Master of Martial art “Jeet Kune Do.”

From 1992 to 1995, served as an assistant coach at the Mongolian Jeet Kune Do Association.

From 1995 to 1998, worked as a master coach at the Mongolian Jeet Kune Do Association.

From 2007 to the present, serves as a member of the Mongolian Jeet Kune Do Association's executive board.

Since 2009, has been a referee at the Mongolian Martial Art Federation's national championship.

In 2011, served as a referee at the Mongolian Martial Art Federation's national championship for the 65kg weight category.

 

Member of the Mongolian Khalkha Archers Federation.

Since 1995, has been studying computer graphics and has proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Edius, and 3ds Max, Da Vinci resolve. Additionally, has knowledge of Realflow, FaceGen, Blender 3D, and other software.

 

In 2004, organized the digital art exhibition "I Have Something to Say."

Collaborated on the digital art exhibition "Invisible" in 2006.

Authored and published the book "Basics of Contemporary Screenwriting" in 2014.

 

Awards:

Best Screenwriter at the Advertising Excellence Competition in 2000 for "Get Out on Time." Certificate of Merit.

Best Screenwriter at the Children's Film Festival in 2002 for "The Hero" Certificate of Merit.

Best Screenwriter at the "New Step" Film Festival in 2005 for "Dansing Buddha." Certificate of Merit.

Recognized as a contributor to the Cultural Development of Mongolia in 2007.

Awarded the medal "The Freedom" by the Mongolian Democratic Party in 2008.

Received the "Police Honor" award from the General Police Department of Mongolia in 2009.

Awarded the medal "Independent" by the Mongolian People`s Party in 2010.
